I was doing some work for you freaky fucks
and crusty creeps..
Not a bad first attempt at a project using the ol' gluer.
Oil/Components Can.

Started off cutting out some pieces of
card stock for mock-up.. Made it easy to cut the sheet metal
knowing pieces were true and straight first.

Materials were those pieces of 20G Sheet from the other day.

These little guys..
Magnetic Hand, basically.
The original 'Man's best Friend.'

Tones of pulse welds.. No good continuous lines.
This material is pretty thin.. I gotta fuck with the Amps more.

Came out straight!
That's all I was hoping for.. To come out as straight
as the card stock mock-up.
Spot welding opposite corners to keep the metal from pulling out of wack.
Metal is in interesting material..
It will do exactly as you tell it.
Cut it, Bend it, Expand it, and Shrink it.
You get those rules down, you got metal for days...

There she sits in the 76' frame.
Decided to mount the coil on it.
